We're drinking Alsatian Wines to get ready for the upcoming WINE & CHEESE PAIRING WORKSHOP: ALSACE TAKEOVER

WHAT: Bedales of Borough is thrilled to partner with Wines of Alsace for a very special, one-night-only tasting extravaganza Friday, 11 May 2018. The class will feature a flight of six premium Alsatian wines, paired specifically with six premium international cheeses sourced from Borough Market traders.

WHO: Resident Wine & Cheese Specialist Dan Belmont will curate the pairings. Dan hails from New York City where he worked at the famed Murray's Cheese as an affineur, cheesemonger, & educator. A self-proclaimed riesling fanatic, Dan has chosen a flight of top-producers, Grand Cru vineyards, & older vintages to highlight the best of Alsace's storied terroir. The cheese pairings will showcase varying styles from Alsace itself and beyond. Dan's palate, passion, & sense of adventure will make for an unforgettable evening.
