Bob's Lobster Edits-12.jpg

BOB’s Lobster launched in July 2013 as a street food and wine truck, getting their start trading in the evening time at Borough Market.

BOB’s Lobster aims to challenge convention, stripping away white linen table cloths and serving up seafood extravagance curbside on paper plates. We make seafood fun, by bringing a causal, visual and playful twist to traditional dishes. Our set up is visually sticking & to be remembered setting, wheather it be us arriving in one of our 1950s VW camper vans, or New ENgland -style lobstr shack. Our waiters and chefs are in on the act too, dressed up like 50’s ice cream parlour boys sporting bow ties and aprons.

This unique experience is perfect for your summer company party, birthday festivities, & much more!

A typical event would unfold as follows:

Hand-Passed Apertifs & Canapes Upon Arrival

Ex: Lobster Mac’n’Cheese Bites, Shiitake Crisps & Goat Cheese & Beetroot Mini Quiche

Main Courses Served Right from The Van!

Ex: Our Famous Lobster Roll or Ahi Tuna Tacos with sides of Classic Potato Salad or Coleslaw & Jalapeno Cornbread

As if you needed more decadence – we’ll hand-pass Salted Caramel Brownies for Dessert

A Full Selection of Wines, Beers & Softs Available
